The highest pub in England (and the UK for that matter) is the Tan Hill Inn, located in the Yorkshire Dales.
The Tan Hill hit headlines eary in 2010 when 30 or so revellers were snowed in whilst celebrating new years eve, they were 'stuck' there for several days until the managed to 'escape' poor people!
