I'm going to go for Bitter and Twisted, a relatively common choice for the aficionados out there, but it's the beer that's given me the most pleasure over the years.

Second place I'd go for Greene King.

I like Duechars, but the best ale I remember having is Kelham Island Pale Rider, at a beer festival I attended a few years ago. I haven't seen it since, I'll have to look them up again.

Try Innes & Gunn. Awesome beer brewed in whisky casks. Has vanilla & toffee after taste.

I'm not really a real ale fan; I pine for Greenalls Mild or McEwans 60'.

I prefer Timothy Taylor's Landlord or Killellan instead of London pride.
